BOOKING MANAGER

Ally McCormick is based in Malaysia and has a long history in both hospitality and financial services.  

Beginning her career as a flight attendant with 3 airlines including Qantas.  Ally went on to self-educated for a shift into financial services.  Having run a successful business for 14 years, she then saw the opportunity to sell and invest in a Bali Villa project that blended the two worlds of financial service and hospitality. 

The Iconic Team is Allys latest venture which was born from dissatisfaction of management services being offered in Bali. 

Ally takes great pride in offering one of the most prestigious villas and guesthouses in the Seminyak area.

She also hosts an Instagram page showing others how to walk in her footsteps called @ thehepburnseminyak 

MARKETING MANAGER

Anne lives in The Philippines and is a mother to one little boy.

Anne has worked for Ally for 6 years on past ventures and is on board again to assist with social media support and marketing creation. 

Anne is extremely talented and able to adapt swiftly to any task.  

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Oka is a father of 3 little girls and our operations manager located in Bali. 

Oka is charged with greeting guests while ensuring operations at The Monroe and The Hepburn are running smoothly.  Oka comes from a long history of service in other prestige villa.  The Iconic Team are delighted to have Oka on board.

BUTLER - THE MONROE

Adi is based in Bali and has been a butler at a variety of prestige villas in many countries.

Adi is the full-service Butler at The Monroe.  Adi was chosen from a long selection of applicants, to manage the villa.  Adi works with maturity and pride, and we are delighted to have him on board at The Monroe.  

WEBSITE DEVELOPER AND OTHER GEEKY STUFF

Claire lives in Malaysia but hails from Scotland.  She has recently come on board the Iconic Team to manage Website Development (and other geeky stuff)

Claire is able to manage around most programs and problems, with very little former knowledge.  We are grateful to have Claire onboard the team.

MAINTENANCE - POOL AND GARDEN

Made resides in Bali and is the father of OKA. Made has come onboard as a member of Team Iconic.  We want our guests to have an optimum experience at our Villa and Guesthouse.

Made has been employed to quietly work away to keep the gardens and pools to the highest standard.
