BOOKING MANAGER

Ally McCormick is based in Malaysia and has a long history in both hospitality and financial services.  

Beginning her career as a flight attendant with 3 airlines including Qantas, Ally went on to self-educated for a shift into financial services. After running a successful business for 14 years, she saw the opportunity to sell and invest in a Bali villa project that blended the worlds of finance and hospitality. 

The Iconic Team is Ally's latest ventur, born from dissatisfaction with the management services being offered in Bali. 

Ally takes great pride in offering one of the most prestigious villas and guesthouses in the Seminyak area.

She also hosts an Instagram page showing others how to walk in her footsteps called @thehepburnseminyak.

MARKETING MANAGER

Anne is based in the Philippines and is a proud mother to her young son..

Anne has worked for Ally for over 6 years across various ventures, she is back on board to lead our social media and marketing creation.

Anne is extremely talented and known for her ability to adapt swiftly to any task.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Oka is a father of three and our Bali-based Operations Manager.

Oka is responsible for greeting guests and ensuring everything at The Monroe and The Hepburn runs smoothly. With a long history of service in prestigious villas, the Iconic Team is delighted to have Oka on board.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Poni quickly stepped up to Assistant Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and maturity to the team. 

Naturally polite and compassionate, she’s always attentive to our guests' needs. Poni ticks all the boxes as a natural leader, ready to take the lead and back up Oka whenever needed.

WEBSITE DEVELOPER AND OTHER GEEKY STUFF

Claire lives in Malaysia but hails from Scotland.  She has recently come on board the Iconic Team to manage Website Development (and other geeky stuff)

Claire is able to manage around most programs and problems, with very little former knowledge.  We are grateful to have Claire onboard the team.

HOUSEKEEPING

Candra is 18 years old and originally from Bali and was handpicked for her fantastic vibe and positive energy.

After starting her career in the local restaurant scene, she joined us with a personality we knew guests would love. Now a key part of the Iconic team, Candra’s spirit and dedication make her a favorite with everyone she meets.

HOUSEKEEPING

Eka is Oka’s wife, and we feel privileged to help her fulfill her ambitions of a career in hospitality after raising her children. 

Quiet, mature, and deeply committed to her job, Eka is a vital part of our team. We love her dedication to providing a beautiful experience for our guests at both of our villas.
